Welcome to the Second Space Age. Postcards To Space is developing the world's first space sculpture. STREET will be a 325ft diameter ring made of Kapton, a space-rated plastic film. This craft is being developed by selling Postcard Kits, it is a micro-payment funded spacecraft. Order and fill out your Postcard, send it back and we'll print it on the craft during costruction. In flight the craft will digitally display your Postcard against the backdrop of Low Earth Orbit, photograph it and we'll host the images through this website. Postcards To Space exists to develop space-media opportunities for individuals, promote scientific knowledge and create public art in the new frontier.
